This forum is for discussing specific issues related to distributing your GM game to the wider public -- either as freeware, shareware, or by selling your GM game. This includes, but isn't limited to:
- Marketing strategies
- Advertising
- Sales Techniques
- E-commerce site selection
- Packaging and media
- Distribution format
... and other aspects related to introducing or selling your GM games to the public.

Please check the pinned Recommendations topic. Here you'll find recommendations for web / file / image hosts, redirection services, zip/compression programs, and install/setup makers. If you'd like to recommend a service, or advertise your own services, you must use this topic.
Check the Copyright FAQ topic for copyright/legal related questions. Ideally, we shouldn't need general copyright topics in the main forum.
Things you should NOT post
- Vague questions such as "how do I sell my game?"
- Advertisements for your own games, website, or service.
- Business guidelines or tutorials. If you have actual business experience and wish to post guidelines, then PM a staff to discuss it.
- Offers of hosting services, or requests for someone to host your game. Use this pinned topic instead.
- Simple questions about copyright, that are already covered in the pinned topic: Copyright FAQ pinned topic.
- Programs of any kind. Limited exceptions may be made.
