Community Status Updates

Currently adding a lot to the main menu. There are now two tabs you can access at any point. One enters a Community tab where you can see your friends list (also available on the main menu a la Halo Reach) where you're able to view profiles, service records, personal messages, and even create a clan. The other tab enables you to change your controls, secret things and other preferences.
