Jetz Rampage 4: Revenge 1.2, 20,000+ downloads! Only 16.3mb Options

This is the ultimate rampage game. Fly around huge detailed cities causing mass destruction. You can earn money and buy more weapons or other upgrades. There are 24 missions in each city for you to complete in each city and 2 bosses per city. With 18 weapons to unlock you will always have something to do. It even comes with a custom music list function so you can rock out to your favorite songs while causing destruction. If you beat the game there is even a multiplayer mode where you can duke it out with a friend in a death match arena. In multiplayer you can use up to 8 weapons scattered throughout the level, which includes a remote controlled rocket launcher, flamethrower, chainsaw, and much more. This game is definitely a challenge if you are not familiar with the series. The missions in this game vary a lot. A few of them even bring back some classic arcade games in ?Jetz? style. Overall there are 2 jammed packed cities but there will probably be an expansion for you people wanting more action. Be sure to tell me what you think. =)





Hope you have fast internet. 18.5mb all together. Thats 13.8mb for the exe and the rest is external files including the music and some images.
By the way this was ALL made in GM5. I havent even tried GM6 yet. If it runs slow on your computer you know why.

Version 1.2 changes

*Speed increase? Some people who got 2fps before now get 30fps.
*Fonts have been changed to default windows fonts due to a font installing problem.
*Images and music have been made internal due to some issues when loading them for some people.
*3 guns that were previously unlocked by cheats are now in the upgrade shop.
*1 gun that couldn't be unlocked before can now be unlocked. If you would like to know the name its called "Mega Gun"
*Damage on Jetz now takes place while playing. It did before my last version but a change in the code messed that up.
*A bug when you hold the chainsaw on the walls in multiplayer was fixed.
*Not to meantion the new size which is 16.3mb instead of 18.5. I did some compression on the music files and a few images.

Version 1.11 changes

*Lets you set the priority and color resolution yourself. If moveing your character lags try having it low. If the game lags then raise it up. If both happen your screwed
*Mission boss does not go off the screen now.
*Missions now lock when the damage meter gets too high. This will solve the problem of two bosses fighting you at the same time.
*Cannot cheat on platform mission in city 2 by using the bazooka 2 now.
*3000 Kills now unlocks a new weapon. This was origionaly in there. A change in a code caused it to throw an error not unlocking them.
*Muliplayer has less health. I'm pretty sure it would take forever to beat the other person even though I never tested it against someone else.
*Sniper Click sound was fixed
*In the Car/Coin mission in city 2 you can't destroy the car.
*Custom playlist didn't go onto the next song.
*Sniper Mission difficulty
*Throw People on target mission difficulty
*slight intro and menu color tweaks.

Downloading. Jetz has always been worth the download (i'm on ol' 56k). I'll edit with comments. ^^

Well it's looking like alot of fun =D (Definately worth my wait) That Mega Cop is fun to fight >=D It had 1/5 of it's armor left. I'm only at about $1500 I'll edit with a review in a week or so when I play more.

Edit- Crap, my computer runs so slow when playing this...but from what I can see this game would be kick arse at the right speed. Great job.

Quick Impressions: wow Shawn, your really getting better and better! I think you've taken GM5 to the limit...it will be awesome to see you work with GM6.

So far, this game is great. MB size isnt a problem for me, but will likely be for many users...so all I can say is, its worth waiting for (for all 56k users).

Well, after download and some analysis, I'd have to say this is the best yet.

You outdid yourself, the destructive environment is better, the police AI is better, the bosses are SUPERB, you just blew mostly every other competition away, Shawn.

Keep up this, and you could be the best Game Maker user ever. This is a masterpiece.

thats pretty nice.
you did very well graphic, programming, and even humor wise.
i got a good laugh out of this, and im sure ill be playing this over the next few days trying to unlock as much as i can.
i made it trhough fusion with little trouble but im already getting wooped in city one, i also noticed in the music files a c3_song or something to that nature so i guess you do have plans on making an "expansion".
