As you might know, actions in Game Maker are read from library files, located in the lib folder. You can actually create such libraries yourself using the library builder. Because the builder was mainly written for my own personal use and can easily create problems it is not announced on the web site. But you can download it here:

Library Builder

Before downloading read the following:

The library builder is for advanced users only. You can ruin
your Game Maker installation or games if you don't use it
properly.

The library builder is a non-supported product. Don't send
me mail questions about it. Post your questions in the Extending Games main forum.

Don't pass this link to other people or post it at different
places/websites. I want to make sure that people that
use it read this forum.

Read the documentation before trying. You are not going
to be able to use the program without reading the documentation carefully.

This all being said, I hope some of you make some nice libraries with it.

Mark

Just want to update that the location of the old Lib Maker appears to be gone. However, it can be found included in the Extension Maker package here:

http://www.gamemaker.nl/extensions.html
http://www.yoyogames.com/make/extensions

Take note, however:

This version will create libraries for version 7.0 or later of Game Maker.
