If you try to run this, you need the dlls and graphics from the game, so download the lite version (for example) and put this .gm6 file in the same directory and then open it. Then it should work.

Oh yeah, this uses the gm_ode.dll for physics and that was somewhat popular a long time ago. Nowadays you might want to use GMPhysics, as that's a lot better in many ways.

It's finally here! The sequel to the game you all loved! It's graphics are great, music rocks and gameplay is superb! The game is about dodging bullets matrix style with a 2d ragdoll with slow motion and super cool moves. There's single player, which will keep you busy for hours unlocking more abilities, themes, game modes, options and more and when you finally have what it takes, you can even challenge other players in this great game online. You can record and save your games and watch them over and over again. You can send them to friends and they can watch them too. I also take good recordings and put them to my website for everyone to see. There are many different game modes and difficulties. There's even a mode for two players on the same computer. And there's also lots and lots more! You probably don't want to read a huge post, so I'll just get to the downloads. (NOTE: The downloads are not hosted at freewebs, only my homepage is) tongue.gif

Full version (18.1Mb) is recommended for EVERYONE wink1.gif It has come to my attention that some people have problems with the full verison. If the game crashes when you start a game, just disable music from the options. It should be fixed.
Lite version (3.0Mb) AND Patch to v1.10b doesn't include music. If you use dial-up, you should probably use this. Also, if you downloaded any of the previous versions, you can use this download to patch it to v1.10b tongue.gif
The music (15.1Mb) to upgrade lite version to full version. This is also recommended for all those, who downloaded the lite version. biggrin.gif

I remember the original and coudn't wait for this one.

Edit:
Graphics- 9/10
They worked well as a ragdoll.

Sound- 9/10
Sound went good with the game.

Gameplay- 10/10
Just as the original game just better graphics, and better gameplay.


It is original and there are no bugs, that I've seen. It's not too hard or not too easy. It is hard enough that you don't beat the first level in the first few tries and easy enough that it is beatable.

Cool, bold graphics which means you can see the action well and can tell what is going on.

Sound- 8
I downloaded the full version with all the music and it suited the game well and the effects for bullets were good as well.

Gameplay- 10
Exactly how I expected it to play and the movement of the characters body was realistic and worked very well. Also, a difficult game.

Lifespan- 8
I played it for quite a while and didnt explore all the modes but there is plenty to do and was not boring at all.

Originality- 9
Although you have taken a few ideas from other games most of it was new ideas that worked well.

Overall- 8.6
A really cool game which is bug- free and works well. Perhaps you could improve the title menu because all it is is a lot of information that can be found in the .txt file. Thats really one of the only things I can tell you to improve. It would be good to see this featured in a platform game or something similar.

Gameplay - 10, thanks, have you played the original Ragdoll Matrix? It takes a while to get to know the keys, so it's a bit hard for beginners.

This game was so awsome!! Gameplay is original and very well programmed. Only thing i would add is a score timer to know how much time we last and try to beat highscore.

I'm dowloading now... will edit... oh, btw, the first 1 was awsome!

EDIT: O...M...F...G! This is like 100X better than the first one! Whooo! 9.75/10!

I'm not sure if its a bug... but the gravity bar didn't seem to do anything. It just went down, and when it got the to bottom, I kept on rising, it had no effect wahtsoever blink.gif

Well, after the power drops to zero, it will start to rise again. Then it reaches a point, where you can disable gravity for one step. And so it disables it for a step. It does slow your rising very much. Try consuming it before taking off from the ground. Then try to go up with almost zero power. It's very slow this way smile.gif

I hope you all have the possibility to download and hear the music too, since it's great.
I see many replies from people, who played the original Ragdoll Matrix as well, I tried to make this game better by adding things that lacked from the original. I think I did a pretty good job, but still, if you have suggestions I will hear you out. I might add them biggrin.gif
(but please, no suggestion about a timer, to see how long the game will last, you just download the music and you will hear when it will end. another good reason to get the music tongue.gif)

I have a suggestion. for the "Smith" theme, make the background darker, cause those light sides with the yellow-ish bullets makes it hard to see where they initially come from. Maybe it's worse for me because I am Minorly color blind. (There are 2 kinds, Major and Minor ^-^) For now, I just made the SWAT background for both the SMITH and SWAT themes...

The only other suggestion is, maybe you could tell people what they have to do to unluck the certain things...
